I’ve worked with Mahmoud ElAfify at Almdrasa since 2022, and we’ve been through a lot together: solving problems, producing courses, and building the platform’s motion identity. We animated it, worked on it, and kept improving it over time.
One thing I really appreciate about him is how he thinks about the workflow, not just the final video. He built animation presets to speed up our production, then took it a step further and turned them into MOGRTs in Premiere so the whole team could use them easily. That saved us a lot of time.
Most of the courses he worked on came out really strong. He has good artistic taste, he learns fast, and he doesn’t need someone following up on him. You give him the task and he delivers.
He also loves helping others. He followed up with some of our team members and helped them improve their work, and he always shares what he knows. Personally, I learned a lot from him about continuous improvement and trying new things.
Mahmoud is dedicated, he loves what he does, and he’s open to feedback. I’d recommend him without hesitation.
